Where does Hyperframes win?
Hyperframes is the right answer for three audiences. AI agents are the explicit primary ICP - the engine team's logic is that LLMs are trained on far more HTML than React+Remotion, so a Claude or Cursor agent can pattern-match into a working composition in seconds. Indie developers and vibe-coders get a zero-bundler, no-package.json path from idea to MP4 with hot reload (npx hyperframes preview). And engineering teams running deterministic batch renders - data viz, dynamic ad units, programmatic explainers - get a frame-accurate, HDR-capable, Apache-2.0 renderer with no per-render fee.

Three quick tests. (1) Who edits? If the answer is "an AI agent or a developer", Hyperframes is in the running. If the answer includes the words producer, journalist, editor, or social lead, it isn't. (2) Does audio drive the cut? If the words on the timeline matter, Hyperframes is out - it has no audio understanding. (3) Does procurement need SSO, audit, residency?
